Yolanda G. Reid

Dr. Yolanda G. Reid is a board certified family physician with over 20 years of experience.  She has spent the last 12 years of her career providing primary care here in Stafford and the greater Fredericksburg area.  Dr. Reid was born and raised in Southeastern Virginia.

She is the first physician in her family and a graduate of Howard University College of Medicine and completed her residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School.  She began her professional career in private practice in Chesapeake, Virginia prior to relocating to the Washington, DC corridor in 2007.  Dr. Reid and her family chose this area due to its proximity to our Nation’s Capital, high commuter base and lower cost of living with a strong school system.  Here she became a shareholder of one of the largest multispecialty groups in the local area.  Dr. Reid has also provided medical directorship services to one of the city’s assisted living facilities for 4 years.  Over the past two decades she has strengthened her passion for medicine and entrepreneurism.  Dr. Reid’s dedication to her craft, community relationships and commitment to lifelong learning are just some of the reasons she was voted as the best family physician in Stafford in 2019 by InsideNOVA.com.

She has been well received and respected in this community and is continuously humbled by the trust and love she receives from her patients.  Outside of her clear passion for the practice of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her three adult children, family and friends.
